In the film, teenage Brad’s involvement with drug dealing and petty theft forces his mother to send him to a rather unusual juvenile reform facility that functions pretty much like a military camp. The director, Colonel Reichert, is an ex-marine who welcomes inmates with some of the most brutal rehabilitation tactics known to man. It won’t take long for the boys to realize they are held in a cruel concentration camp, a rural purgatory where no one comes out unscathed. K.Th.
