A 10-year-old boy takes care of his mother, a lyrical singer past her prime. The two of them have found temporary refuge at a storage unit, turned into a makeshift flat. Studied shots and functional music accompany eccentric characters, who don’t seem to know if they want to escape or isolate themselves even further. P.G.

Man on the Chair

A man sits in a chair. He torments himself, perpetually doubting his own existence. Is it just an image he has created or an image created by someone else? Best Short Film Award at the Annecy Festival. P.G.

During a family meal preparation, a little girl feels like having ice cream, knowing her parents won’t say no. They do have a horrendous way of dealing with such demands, but, as we all know, parents always put their children first. P.G.

Teenage Jack decides to resolve his family troubles and complicated love life over a single weekend. Thank God for Kiss and glam rock, otherwise he'd never be able to cope. At the end of the day, life is just as hard as filling a stage. P.G.

A World War II veteran is the last living man on planet Earth. The lonely old man feels lost in space and time. Truth is, he has lived in his own world for very long time - just him and his fridge - so he decides to hide his past inside his sole companion. P.G.

Sarah is hit by a rare condition that sees her lift off the ground at a slow, but ever-increasing rate. Her husband and daughter will have to come to terms with losing her. An ambitious, bittersweet film with Olivia Colman in a heartbreaking performance. P.G.
