A physician in Michoacán, Mexico leads citizen patrol group Autodefensas against the local drug cartel. Across the US border in Arizona's Altar Valley - a narrow, 52-mile-long desert corridor known as Cocaine Alley – veteran Tim Foley heads paramilitary group Arizona Border Recon working to prevent Mexico's drug wars from entering U.S. territory. Two independent vigilante groups facing the same enemy.
