The Green Prince
Nadav Schirman's latest documentary tells a tale so hard to believe, even the creators of "Homeland" would go green with envy - not to mention it could easily pass for the most ambitious spy thriller of the year!

"The Green Prince" borrows its title from the code name the Israelis had given Mosab Yousef, son to Palestinian Hamas founding leader Sheikh Hassan Yousef, recruited by Israel's internal security service to spy on his father.
"For Palestinians, betraying your country to the Israelis is more shameful than raping your own child," says Mosab, as the tale is about to unwind, narrated by him and his handler, Gonen Ben-Itzhak, in chronological order.
As the years go by and the situation gets even more complicated, this cold war game evolves into a game of chess that has no real winners or losers, just doomed heroes, forced to sit by and watch as their lives idly drift towards disaster. K.Th.
