Complementary Tickets for the unemployed

Just like last year, in an attempt to support the victims of the credit crunch, the Athens International Film Festival - Opening Nights will offer a total of 2.000 complementary invitations to unemployment card holders.

Each unemployment card holder is entitled to a maximum of four invitations for this year's festival upon display of a valid card and personal ID.

ATTENTION: Each invitation corresponds to one box office ticket, which needs to be obtained one day prior to (or on the day of) your screening of choice. Films must be selected by the card holders themselves, subject to availability.

Tickets will be available on September 21 at the “Andonis Tritsis Hall” at the City of Athens Cultural Center (50 Akadimias St, Metro Station “Panepistimio”) between 11am and 6pm. Invitations will only be available on that specific date and can be picked up upon display of a valid ID and unemployment card.
