The 21st Athens International Film Festival is back, from September 23rd to October 4th, featuring 239 hand-picked films! The lineup includes 12 entries in the Official Competition section, all vying for the Golden Athena, the Music & Films Section with 15 outstanding music documentaries (in and out of competition), the Documentary Section (richer than ever before), the Greek Shorts Competition Section, the Midnight Movies, the Special Screenings, this year's Tributes and Retrospectives, as well as the "Moving Future" feature and 20 Avant-Premieres, including some of most eagerly awaited films of the year!
