Wonderful Town

Tired of the big city, a young architect jumps at the opportunity to supervise the construction of a hotel in a remote coastal area of Southern Thailand. It is not long before he falls in love with a young hotel chambermaid, but not all is as perfect as it seems. Set in the very region that was devastated by the 2004 tsunami and featuring stunning cinematography, Aditya Asarat directs a gentle tale reminding us that love can blossom even in the very scene of a tragedy.
