Lurk - work in progress

?Lurk? is a psychological thriller with a political edge that’s not meant for the faint of heart.

On a rainy night, riots break out all over the country driving the government to resign under the weight of a huge corruption scandal. Ann, who not only comes from a family of big-time doctors, but has also married into one, is alone in her secluded villa when she suddenly realizes someone has broken into the house. Pursued by a violent stranger, Ann lives through a terrifying experience, where she has to struggle for survival only to see her life turned upside down.

“Lurk” is a psychological thriller with a political edge that’s not meant for the faint of heart. The three main characters - Ann, a housewife living a quiet life, Andrew, the prim and proper husband and Adam, the dashing young rock star – are driven into a head-long collision that could cost them their lives, in a ruthless game of hide and seek. It never becomes entirely clear who’s good and who’s evil, who’s innocent and who’s guilty, who’s real and who’s imaginary, until the very end.
