A Mossad agent, a Nazi criminal and a well-kept secret. Two men embark on a journey through the Israeli mainland that will test their strength and overturn audience expectations. Israel's most acclaimed filmmaker transforms this road movie into a mystery thriller that'll keep you on the edge of your seat.

Eyal, an Israeli Mossad agent, doesn’t talk much and always keeps his emotions in check. When he is given the mission to track down and kill en elderly ex-Nazi officer, he pretends to be a tourist guide and befriends his tar- get’s grandson, Axel. The two of them set out on a trip through the hinterland, where Axel will eventually break down Eyal’s belief system. When Axel reveals he’s gay, they will have to make up their minds whether to hide behind their differences or meet each other in the middle. It ought to be easy, just like a Brice Springsteen song: man meets woman and they fall in love, but in Eyal’s case, his favorite song "Tunnel of Love" inevitably rings ironic, summing up a film that builds up divides only to praise reconciliation and common ground. A road movie- turned-suspense-thriller with a heart of gold.
