Based on a true story, Fox’s first feature recounts the budding romance between two Israeli soldiers, focusing on their constant agony about their secret coming out, as their relationship was considered taboo. At a mere 65 minutes, the film packs a lot of timeless messages that took audience and critics by surprise with its honest intentions and its subversive take on romance, catapulting Fox at the top of the Israeli filmmakers list of his gen- eration - literally overnight. Ohad Knoller, who plays Yossi, won the Best Actor award at the Tribeca Film Festival.
