Dream Boy

15-year-old Nathan moves to a village somewhere in rural Louisiana with his family. It is not long before the introverted boy feels attracted to a mysterious neighbor, Roy. The two boys timidly begin to explore their sexuality, but the backward village community kicks back and an innocent picnic ends in violent conflict. Graffiti Artist director James Bolton returns with a powerful drama on social taboos, love and violence, based on Jim Grimsley’s novel of the same title.
