Bill Drummond, the man behind the deletion of the KLF’s back catalogue, takes us to music ground zero. The eternal punk leads a feverish amateur group as they reinvent music without sheet or rehearsals. Care to take part?

During the 80s, Bill Drummond together with Jimmy Cauty were at the height of thee musical career as The KLF. Everyone thought their work would stand the test of time – everyone but Drummond who suddenly stopped recording music and, to top that off, destroyed anything he’d made so far, including the entire KLF back catalogue and their infamous appearance at the Brit Awards. In true rock star fashion, he set everything on fire using bank notes in excess of 1 million pounds! In this brilliant documentary that delighted film and music lovers alike when it premiered at the Edinburgh International Film Festival, Drummond offers exclusive commentary on past and present work, his rebellion against the music industry and the culture of recorded music, as he works on his new passion, choral project The 17.
