A couple who fancy shooting impromtu horror films buys an abandoned building in a small rural town in the US to use it as a set for their next film. Although they are initially thrilled with what their new home has to offer, one day they will discover something that will change their lives forever. The best-kept secret of recent horror films tends to transcend the label of the next "Blair Witch Project" and has firmly carved out a place among the best found footage films ever made. Haunting, intense and hard to find (the filmmakers have banned screenings unless in a movie theater), the film exhibits micro-budget efficiency and directorial virtuosity perfectly blended with the genre’s rules.
