TAIKA WAITITI

Taika Waititi a.k.a. Taika Cohen was born in Wellington, New Zealand in 1975. An acclaimed actor since the late 90s, he has been nominated for the Nokia Award for Best Actor his interpretation in the horror film Scarfies. Apart from his acclaimed career as an actor, he has received several short film awards at the Berlin and Seattle Film Festivals, as well as an Academy Award nomination for his 2003 Two Cars, One Night.
