Riff Randell is a student at Vince Rombardi High School and the Ramones’ number one fan. After waiting in line for three whole days, she finally manages to get a ticket to their upcoming concert hoping she'll get the chance to meet her idol Joey Ramone and give him a song she’s written, ?Rock ‘n’ Roll High School?. But when the principal takes away her ticket, Riff is forced to find another way to see her favorite band. ?Rock ‘n’ Roll High School is really the filmic equivalent of a wild high school party, where the Ramones come to raise the banner of freedom with ‘Hey! Ho! Let’s Go!’ as their battle cry.?
