Port authorities in Tokyo discover huge amounts of human hair plus a dead girls body with shaved head in a ship container. At the morgue where the autopsy is held one of the workers there has a women's hair fetish and soon the body will be moved to his place, where to much of his satisfaction it will start growing hair again. This hair will be sold to beauty salons and will be used for EXTEnsions. Soon those who will get in touch with these extensions will face something nightmarish.
