Vounorila

Six bands leave Athens towards an undisclosed destination, carrying only their equipment and a power generator. “Vounorila” is the depiction of a musical performance in six acts, one for each band. Egsun, A Τhousand Βeautiful Women, Lunar Miasma, No Clear Mind, Matteus and Alexandros Miaris play their music without an audience on the open-air stage of a forest clearing, somewhere on a mountain of Evia. A subtle, silent testament, without the commentary of research about the sound as a means of communication, and a moment in time that lasts for the duration of twelve musical tracks being performed live.
