All Your Dead Ones
Salvador is a farmer in the Colombian countryside. One day he wakes up to follow his daily routine, but faces a pile of dead bodies, lying on his field. He rushes to notify the police and the authorities; however, to his bad luck, apart from Sunday, it’s also election day, and no one wants to deal with an explosive case. Colombian director Carlos Moreno, in his third feature, presents this brilliantly structured black comedy, composing a special allegory on an inert and numb society. Filled with confident sarcasm, surreal touches, and a filming that seems to be crawling, dazed under the South American sun (Cinematography Award at Sundance festival), “Todos Τus Muertos” is a film forcing you to penetrate its wonderfully corrupt world – whether you want it or not.
