A group of Norwegian medical students (one of whom hates blood) decide to take a relaxing skiing holiday in the mountains. What could possibly go wrong? Well, nothing much ? save for the undead roaming the place. Combing horror and humor, director Tommy Wirkola breaths new ‘life’ into a much-loved genre, while he should probably be credited as the man who invented Nazi zombies (yes, there is such a thing!) Add to this the beautiful contrast warm blood makes when it falls on pure white snow, and you can understand why the Norwegians were spot-on once more.
