The Brain is a professional assassin who along with his team stages his executions in a way they seem like an accident. Despite the nature of his 'work' he is haunted by guilts and is suspicious for anyone around him. When one of his men is accidentally killed in one of his missions The Brain is convinced that the accident was staged too by someone who wants him dead.
