After spending 14 years in prison for a murder he committed in his village, Yorgos is finally released. His first night of freedom will bring him to a cheap hotel in downtown Athens, where he hooks up with transsexual prostitute Strella. They sleep together and fall in love. But his past won't let him go just yet and Yorgos has to settle some old accounts before he can finally live in peace.
