El Bulli: Cooking in Progress
The most famous restaurant in the entire world. The Mecca of gastronomy. The only eaterie all over the world which has been awarded three Michelin stars and at the same time been declared five times the best restaurant of the year by Restaurant Magazine. El Bulli is on the coast of the gorgeous Catalonia and is open for six months every year – June to December – to indulge only 8,000 out of the 2,000,000 reservation requests made each year. At least, that’s what happened until recently, as last July - to the dismay of food connoisseurs all over the world – the famous restaurant closed its doors forever. “El Bulli – Cooking in Progress” is a documentary that managed to infiltrate in time the labs of the restaurant, revealing why Adrià and his team’s dishes made history as the ultimate gastronomical adventure and a magical experience for the palates of the lucky few that got to taste them.
