For the fourth year in a row, the ONASSIS FOUNDATION renews its collaboration with the Drama International Short Film Festival and the Athens International Film Festival to present ten award-winning short films from 2022.

Ten award-winning Greek short films come to usher you into their unique worlds, available to watch on your own screens, with company or on your own, as loud as you want, whenever you want. Speaking in the languages of realism, allegory and poetry, the themes and ideas of these films reflect our multifaceted society, turning the lens onto femme folk, nature, heteronormative standards and stereotypes, youth, intimacy, racism, and romance.

A failed suicide attempt opens a door to a new life (Toxic Magnus). A birthday wish forcibly fulfilled and the intimacy between two friends (5pm Seaside). How far is one willing to go to feel loved? (Daphne). Two middle-aged couples seen through the eyes of four teenagers (Kiddo). A football match, a love story and pedigree as a means of acceptance or non-acceptance (Tokakis or What’s My Name). During the quarantine, a day in the life of a pair of misfits (Last Sigh).
