The everyday reality of a Muslim family living in the city of Ahmedabad, unfurls through the rituals of its members. The mother works in the house, the children play with everything in front of them, and the father tries to make money. When the sun sets, the neighborhood relaxes filled with a keen sense of optimism. Strongly influenced by ‘The Killer of Sheep’, newcomer Chavada redefines neorealism in the big screen. Human experience takes center stage of the layered compositions and the film unleashes an endless b/w palette of emotions discovering the color missing from the lives of its protagonists.
