The 4 Levels of Existence
The invisible thread which unites a group of youths from Ilion and their rock album to Jay Z, Rihanna and Kanye West results in a cinematic vindication for Rock’n’Roll. In this film the remaining members of The 4 Levels of Existence rock once more, remembering that sometimes the road to the Grammys is routed through the impromptu rehearsal stages of West Attica. In attendance of the cast and crew.

The invisible thread connecting a group of young friends from Ilion and their rock album with Jay Z, Rihanna and Kanye West, unfolds in the music documentary ‘The 4 Levels of Existence’ (The Greek Film Critics Association Award at the 21st Documentary Film Festival of Thessaloniki). Thanassis, Christos and Nikos, the remaining members of the legendary group ‘The 4 Levels of Existence’ get some time away from the obligations of their adult life and meet to rock out again.
A film about ‘rock ‘n’ roll vindication’, teenage dreams coming true, friendships, nostalgia for things past, and impatience for those about to come but also a film that works as a reminder: the road to Grammys sometimes goes through DIY underground rehearsal studios of West Attica!
