A year after the shocking loss of young Jessie, her mother, her younger sister, and her partner travel together to Tenerife to come to terms with their grief, their guilt and the inexplicable feeling that life has been paused since the tragedy. At the holiday resort, every attempt at healing is thwarted by a sense of unease and the feeling that a presence continues to haunt every moment. SANDRA WOLLNER

Austrian filmmaker, born in 1983. She studied Documentary in the Academy of Baden-Württemberg. She directed several shorts before delivering her feature debut, which she prepared while still at the Academy.
